Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition (ETA) Workshop: From Initial Call to the First 100 Days

​During this workshop, Patrick Mays, MBA ’22, COO of Morris Technology Solutions, and Tim Morris, former president of Morris Technology Solutions, will lead a session on “From Initial Call to the First 100 Days: Taking the Lead and Navigating Seller Transitions.” They will share lessons learned from their experiences on both the seller and buyer sides of ETA. The discussion will highlight the leadership skills needed to build trust and momentum during the early transition period. Participants will come away with practical insights on managing relationships and responsibilities in the first 100 days.
