Polsky Exchange: Align Your Team, Accelerate Your Growth: A Workshop for Entrepreneurs
Entrepreneurs and small business teams don't have time—or money—to waste.
These four questions show up again and again in small businesses:
● “How do we make progress when the work feels too big?”
● “How do we stay focused when everything feels urgent?”
● “How do we stay aligned when juggling roles?”
● “How do we keep our team energized and learning?”
This workshop helps leaders answer them with clarity and confidence by giving them a practical, easy‑to‑use system for staying aligned, prioritizing the right work, and eliminating the costly inefficiencies that slow growth. Using proven Agile principles adapted for small business teams, participants learn how to focus on what truly drives results, reduce rework, and make faster, clearer decisions that keep the business moving forward.
Through hands-on activities and real‑world application, teams and founders experience how small shifts in collaboration and clarity can lead to big gains: more consistent delivery, happier customers, and stronger revenue opportunities. Everyone leaves with simple, repeatable tools they can use immediately to save time, save money, and work together with more confidence and impact.
