Tech Enablement Workshop Series: General AI Assistant (Prompting for Your Business Voice)
This hands-on workshop shows founders how to use AI as a strategic writing partner for proposals and customer communications, without losing their business voice. Participants will learn how to teach AI who they are, who they serve, and how they sound so every draft feels more on-brand and more useful instead of generic. Through guided exercises, they’ll define a simple audience persona and a one-page business voice brief, then apply those foundations to real proposal and customer-facing copy. They’ll walk away with practical assets they can use immediately, plus a prompting resources library with examples and starting points they can reuse whenever they sit down to write.
By the end of this session, participants will:
Understand the fundamentals of prompt engineering
Build a simple audience persona and business voice brief
Use AI to draft stronger proposal language and customer-facing copy
Leave with reusable prompting resources for future writing tasks
