The Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation is dedicated to offering valuable programs while addressing the needs of our community as circumstances evolve.

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event begins will receive a full refund.

Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the event, including on the day of the event, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur, and we will do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies or extenuating situations at the Center's discretion.

To request a refund, contact the relevant event’s point of contact with your registration details. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days.

If you're unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague at no extra cost by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance of the event.

We cannot issue refunds for no-shows unless prior notice is given. The Center may waive this policy for genuine emergencies or extenuating situations at the Center's discretion.

The Innovation Fund Associates (IFA) program is structured as a venture capital apprenticeship, where associates learn by doing as part of an interdisciplinary team.

IFAs dive deep into one investment opportunity per cycle through the George Shultz Innovation Fund and get a close-up look at the commercialization process and what it takes to move a technology from the lab into the real world.

The IFA program accepts students from across the university; undergraduate, graduate, and postdoc students interested in venture capital and science commercialization are encouraged to attend and learn more. The info session will also feature IFA alumni who will share their experience and advice for prospective associates.
