The Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation is dedicated to offering valuable programs while addressing the needs of our community as circumstances evolve.

If you need to cancel your registration, please notify us as early as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the event begins will receive a full refund.

Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the event, including on the day of the event, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur, and we will do our best to accommodate genuine emergencies or extenuating situations at the Center's discretion.

To request a refund, contact the relevant event’s point of contact with your registration details. Refunds are usually processed within 5-7 business days.

If you're unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague at no extra cost by notifying us at least 24 hours in advance of the event.

We cannot issue refunds for no-shows unless prior notice is given. The Center may waive this policy for genuine emergencies or extenuating situations at the Center's discretion.

Please join us for a kickoff for the 31st annual Edward L. Kaplan, '71, New Venture Challenge.

This session will introduce students to one of UChicago’s premier startup accelerator programs. Attendees will learn more about the application process, program structure, and resources available throughout the competition.

The NVC Kickoff will include a faculty presentation and a Q&A with alumni of the program. There will also be team-building opportunities, including quick pitches and networking.
