With over 15 years in corporate leadership and as a certified health coach through IIN, Jenn now runs a private practice helping women reset their mindset, rebuild their energy, and create lasting relationships with food and their bodies.
She specializes in supporting women dealing with burnout, chronic symptoms, and the pressure to balance it all. Jenn believes healing isn’t all or nothing, that small consistent shifts create real change, and she’s committed to meeting you where you are, not perfect, just progressing.
