Syd is the Head Coach & Founder of @sboxtraining, a unique fitness and mindfulness training program. She is an NYC-born and raised athlete, boxer, and certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, with more than 11 years of experience. Syd is also the creator of Sbox Training Retreat, a fitness and mindfulness retreat aimed at women's empowerment.
And if her face looks familiar, it is because she recently trained the famous professional female boxer Amanda Serrano, it the most watched professional women's boxing match in history.
