✨ From low- to mid-fidelity prototyping in Product Management
A working session on what happens to prototyping when AI collapses the cost of making things.
The challenge we faced: AI helping us build better and faster prototypes.
The responsibility shift: how mid-fidelity — and sometimes high-fidelity — prototyping moved out of Product Design and became fluid between Product Management and Design, and how we manage not to step on each other's toes.
A real example of what we achieved and how it happened: onboarding improvements.
