About Your Facilitator
Subhadeep Mondal is a coach at The Momentum Studio and an angel investor in 15 startups, with a portfolio backed by Tiger Global, Lightspeed, Accel, and PeakXV. He spent a decade as an operator scaling products at Gaana, SignEasy, and HealthPlix before turning his focus to early-stage founders.
At The Momentum Studio, he works with 0-to-1 founders on the hardest parts of building: product, fundraising, and finding early traction. He also runs 2.2Club, a community for IIT Kharagpur alumni building and backing startups. Having been a founder and investor himself, he brings a grounded perspective to both sides of the fundraising conversation.
