Join us for a two-day Product Bootcamp focused on finding strong ideas, validating them, and building products and businesses that can last.
We’ll look at the questions that matter before and around building: What problem are you solving? Who is it for? Why now? And how do you know when to keep going, change direction, or pivot?
Throughout the bootcamp, you’ll also hear from and get feedback from founders and experienced builders from the ecosystem, including people who have launched startups, gone through accelerators, pivoted products, and learned firsthand what happens when an idea doesn’t work out as planned.
💡 Day 1: Ideas & Product Direction
Day 1 is about figuring out what to build and why.
Expect topics around:
Finding strong product and startup ideas
Identifying real user problems
Understanding your target user
Evaluating and sharpening your idea
Finding opportunities across the Solana ecosystem
You’ll also have time to work through your own idea and get direct feedback.
🚀 Day 2: Build a Product That Lasts
Day 2 focuses on turning an idea into a product people actually want to keep using.
We’ll cover:
Retention and long-term product value
Finding early users and validating demand
Knowing when to stay the course or pivot
Learning from failed experiments and previous startups
Prioritizing what matters most at an early stage
A major part of the day will be hands-on mentoring and feedback to help you sharpen your direction and define your next steps.
