​🎤 Our speakers

​Ewa Gräuler. Ewa is VP of Product at Eye-Able, where she leads the team building a European platform for digital accessibility. Before that, she was Chief Product Officer at DS Destination Solutions (HRS Group), Director of Product at Doctolib and Head of Product & Strategic Partners at HolidayPirates Group. She is known for bridging product strategy and business, turning complex technical topics into clear decisions. Ewa has also mentored startups in emerging markets through Seedstars and led the European Chapter of the Mobile Growth Association.

​Aiste Povilaikaite-Paisana. Aiste is a Group Product Manager leading the Security domain at Vinted, where her teams stop malicious activity while keeping the experience safe and smooth for genuine members. She previously built customer-facing products at H&M Group, holds an MBA from Central Saint Martins and Birkbeck, University of London, and is an alum of the HPI d.school. She cares most about where product, security and AI meet, and how technology can make people safer online.
