Project H.E.R. is a women’s advocacy initiative centered on Health, Empowerment, and Resilience.
It creates safe, supportive, and meaningful spaces where women can learn about their health and well-being, understand their rights, build confidence, and discover their own strength. Through conversations, community activities, and shared experiences, Project H.E.R. hopes to remind every woman that she is worthy of being heard, cared for, and empowered to take charge of her life.

Founders Running Club (FRC) brings founders, investors, tech, creative people, and startup enthusiasts together for weekly easy runs and networking. We like to be comfortable when we run and finish with coffee and conversations. Choose your pace or follow a pacer—pets, friends, family, are welcome.
