Ask ChatGPT to recommend a company in your category. Somebody gets named and there's a decent chance it isn't you.
And there's a better chance you have no idea who it is or why.
That's the whole problem. Buyers are building shortlists inside AI tools before anyone hits your site, and your analytics can't see any of it.
The acronyms have shown up to describe it (GEO, AEO, whatever gets coined next month), but the practice is young, so there aren't real experts yet. Some people are running tests; others haven't started.
So this isn't a lecture. It's a working session.
What actually happens
You'll bring one thing you're trying to make progress on and the results of a short prompt audit you run beforehand (we'll send instructions a few days out—it takes about 10-20 minutes).
We'll put two of those on screen and work them in front of the room. Then everyone breaks into small groups and takes a turn in the chair, with a few practitioners circulating to pressure-test what you're seeing.

A read on whether AI tools currently name you, and who they name instead
One specific change to make, not a framework to file away
A sense of what's actually working for people in this region right now, and what's noise
