🌳 Papers in the Park S2E3 - #2
IMPORTANT UPDATE: We will start 1 hr earlier than usual - at 11am, and not at the park this time (New Stadium), because of rain, again ☔️
S2E3 was cancelled last week because of the rain 😔. So sorry about that. We are trying to do it again this week.
We are excited to welcome back Difan Jiao who will be talking about his paper https://arxiv.org/abs/2604.18519
remember to hydrate and bring water :)
---
The goal? Simple. Meet up at the park, let me yap to you all about a paper for a few minutes (to be specified soon), and we discuss and generally have a good time.
I love meeting up to discuss things in depth but I don't see why we can't enjoy the summer weather while doing it — I'm seeking to change that!
Low stakes, come by for a few minutes or stay for as long as you'd like. I will have some printed out copies of the paper if you'd like to follow along, though I'll probably only have a few. I encourage you to print your own!
We welcome community presenters! If you found an interesting paper that you want to talk about, let us know and we will give you time to present.
