The Microdosing Method Workshop, Day 1: The Whole Picture
When was the last time you felt in charge of your own health?
The Microdosing Method puts you in the driver's seat, with a clear roadmap and a trusted guide beside you.
Not your doctor. Not a supplement. Not a protocol you found online at midnight. You. Plant medicine is a teacher, not a rescuer. It opens a window, and you still get to walk through it. That is why this is called The Microdosing Method: a method is something you practice, day after day, with intention.
Join Rev. Jemie Sae Koo, M.A., and Dr. Leah Linder, N.D., for Day 1 of The Microdosing Method Workshop, a free 3-day event. One hour, and it stands on its own. Here's what you'll discover on Day 1, Tuesday, November 17: The Whole Picture.
✔ How microdosing works: what's happening in the brain and body, so you understand the practice before you ever begin it.
✔ What the up-to-date research shows: the most promising findings so far, and where the science is still young, so you can tell real evidence from hype.
✔ Microdosing and medications: the key considerations, and the questions to bring to your prescriber, so you never have to guess when it comes to your health.
✔ Supportive botanicals: the plants our naturopathic physician, Dr. Leah Linder, works with to steady the body and the nervous system.
✔ Legal considerations: what to know about the law where you live, and how to engage with this practice inside a safe and responsible framework.
✔ Early access to the replays and special bonuses for everyone who joins us live.
This workshop is for you if…
If any of these sound like you, you're in the right place.
You’re living with depression, anxiety, past trauma, or a chronic health condition, and you want to understand what the research really says.
You’ve read everything about microdosing and still don’t know if it’s safe for you.
You take medication and want honest answers before you try anything.
You tried on your own, felt a spark, and watched it fade.
You want real guides to ask, not another forum thread.
On Day 2, Thursday, November 19 at 7pm ET (4pm PT): Make It Last. The part most programs miss and never teach: why change fades, and what helps it last.
And on Day 3, Friday, November 20 at 12:30pm ET (9:30am PT): a live Q&A with Jemie, Leah, and TMM Alumni, who will share what the experience was like for them.
