​This free online session is for mid-career and senior professionals who are either still exploring a move into climate, or actively applying and getting nowhere. It is not a CV workshop, a LinkedIn masterclass or a list of jobs. It is a working session on the decisions that need to come first.

​You will leave knowing why your transition is taking longer than it should, where time is quietly leaking from your current approach, and what to do first in a market where climate work is increasingly embedded in commercial, operations and strategy roles rather than labelled "sustainability".
