Draw your perfect work-life – using art coaching for personal insight
In this workshop you will be drawing your perfect work-life, dreaming big where anything is possible.
Unlock your imagination with open enquiries, they guide you through how your perfect work-life would be.
Drawing enables the ability to think differently, encouraging open-ended thought and creativity, thus can produce new insights and creative solutions.
The workshop has two parts. First, you draw your perfect work-life and then insights from the drawing are shared, with an option for coaching of the insight if you should wish it.
So, bring something to draw on and with, it can be on paper or a tablet, with a pencil, watercolor or collage. You choose your medium.
There is no requirement for previous drawing experience or ability to draw.
Daisy has always been a creative mind. As young she explored different painting techniques from China painting, watercolor, Olie painting and collage. She studied art at Gerda Meineche.
When she started coaching, it was natural for her to investigate different creative methods there could be used in coaching – from mindful doodling to drawing obstacles and desirable outcomes of a coaching process.
She is using techniques from art therapy combined with coaching methodology.
