​Climate Talks Seoul 2026 aims to strengthen the role of policymakers in the practical implementation of national climate and energy transition priorities. Structured as a two-part event, the forum brings together university students, legislators, and policy experts around the shared challenge of governing energy transitions effectively — ensuring meaningful engagement across generations and policy levels.

​Part II: National Assembly Policy Discussion will convene legislators, policymakers, and climate experts to examine how energy security can be strengthened through effective transition governance. The discussion will focus on translating national climate commitments to implementable policy frameworks – including coal to renewable transition, transition finance, and just transition. By sharing Germany and Korea’s experiences and lessons learned, the event aims to provide practical insights that inform legislative design and financial reform.
