Attentive Listening with Pressing Private Buttons & Friends

​Well Read and Pressing Private Buttons invite you to an afternoon of attentive listening featuring sonic and textual works by senakirfa A., Madalena Anjos, Guilherme Figueiredo, Benjamim Furtado and Sidsel Lehn Mehlsen.

​Bringing together writers, visual artists and musicians for an intimate reading and listening program, we gather for an afternoon of written contributions on the looping nature of city routines and dissolving architectures, as well as musical offerings drawing from movements such as dub and concrete music.

​Pressing Private Buttons is a project initiated by Benjamim Furtado in 2020. As a platform that produces publications, exhibitions and get togethers, PPB operates somewhere between an independent music label and a nomadic project space.
