AI Summer School Part 1/2: Build Your Career Operating System With Claude Code
IMPORTANT! This session is part 1 of 2 · in this session we'll dive into Claude COWORK (!) as we're building the foundation to take it to Claude Code in session 2.
Over two sessions, we're automating one entire workflow from scratch, together - something that actually makes your work life easier. Today we build part one (Claude Cowork). In part 2 (27 August) we level it up with Claude Code.
If you're like most of us, half of your week disappears into admin: meeting notes that go nowhere, to-dos scattered across four apps, follow-ups you swore you'd send.
Let's fix that.
In this session we set up your career operating system in Claude Cowork: your meeting notes flow in, your to-dos land in Notion, and Claude checks in with you before every step.
Think of it as hiring a very capable assistant on her first week - she does the work, but she asks before she sends anything.
In part 2, we're moving it to Claude Code (more below)
What we're actually doing
Connecting Claude Cowork to your actual tools (meeting notes, Notion, calendar - the stack you already use)
Building the workflow live, from scratch, step by step
Talking through the workflows YOU want to automate - this is not a watch-me-click tutorial, we're thinking it through together
Setting you up so part 2 doesn't feel like a cliff
You'll walk away with
A real, working system running on your own tools - not a screenshot of someone else's
A clear picture of which parts of your work life to hand over next
What to bring
Claude Pro
Claude Desktop app
Can-do attitude
Heads up: this is an intermediate session.
If you've never touched Claude or connected a tool before, this will feel overwhelming - come to one of our basics sessions first, then join the next round.
This session is for people who have some experience with Claude, but feel like Claude Code is out of their league. In this session (part 1) we'll set up an automation with Claude Cowork, and in part 2 (August 27th) we'll take it to Claude Code!
