SMU Global Startup Exchange 2026 – 26 October 2026
Connecting Global Startups, Exploring New Markets, Building Cross-Border Opportunities
Join us for the SMU Global Startup Exchange 2026, a pre-SWITCH networking and startup showcase organised by the Singapore Management University (SMU) Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship (IIE).
Building on the success of its inaugural edition, this year's exchange brings together promising startups from Chile, India and Singapore to share innovations, explore international market opportunities and build meaningful connections across startup ecosystems.
Held just ahead of SWITCH 2026, the event provides a platform for international founders to engage with Singapore's entrepreneurial community, including fellow startup founders, investors, corporates, students and ecosystem partners.
What to Expect
10 International Startup Showcases: Discover innovative solutions from six Chilean and four Indian startups across AgriTech, sustainability, healthcare, advanced materials, AI-enabled solutions and other emerging sectors.
International Ecosystem Insights: Hear from the UC Chile Innovation Center and Mentogram about their respective startup ecosystems and internationalisation opportunities.
Cross-Border Collaboration: Explore potential partnerships, market-entry opportunities and knowledge exchange between startups from different countries.
Networking and Connections: Meet international founders, SMU entrepreneurs and members of Singapore's innovation ecosystem.
