​Have you ever wondered what a Chinese character can reveal beyond its meaning?

​In this 90-minute workshop, we'll explore the Chinese character 心 (Heart) through history, calligraphy, movement, and creative expression. Rather than focusing on technique, we'll slow down, breathe, and discover the character through our hands, our bodies, and our own experience.

​Together we will:
• Discover the story and evolution of the Chinese character 心 (Heart)
• Explore the Chinese calligraphy brush through playful and mindful practice
• Experience writing the character with the whole body through breath and movement
• Practice calligraphy with focused attention
• Create your own artwork to take home

​No previous experience with Chinese, calligraphy, or movement is needed—only curiosity and an open mind.

​This is a small, intimate workshop with only 6 participants, creating plenty of space for exploration and connection.
