November Gazebo Community Meeting: How Otto by Rockwell Automation uses Gazebo

​For our November Gazebo Community Meeting we’ll talk about how Gazebo is used to simulate industrial and manufacturing workflows.

​“At OTTO by Rockwell Automation, we use Gazebo as our primary simulator for developing and testing our AMRs. It can also be used with our OTTO Fleet Manager software, enabling anyone at OTTO to bring up a multi-robot simulation for their own use. This talk will cover how we use Gazebo, ROS 2, and our internal tooling to simulate realistic industrial and manufacturing workflows.”

Our guest speakers will be Abdullahi Ali Weheliye a simulation engineer at Otto by Rockwell Automation and José Carlos Mayoral Banos, a senior robotics software engineer at OTTO by Rockwell Automation.
