​Work Rewired is a free monthly online gathering hosted by Freeway Phx, born out of the energy and momentum of the Tech Talent Summit. It’s a space for those who believe the future of work is about connection, creativity, and courage to rewire how we earn and how we show up.

​Each month, we explore how technology, talent, and transformation are shaping the next era of work where fulfillment, flow, and financial alignment can co-exist. We care less about labels and more about leaning in together, whether you’re a founder, job seeker, creator, or simply curious about how work is evolving.
