Breathe & Bloom: A Floral Mindfulness Workshop
Step away from life's stressors and immerse yourself in a calming, creative experience where you'll design a stunning floral arrangement to take home.
Breathe & Bloom is a hands-on floral workshop designed to help you unwind, connect with your senses, and explore your creativity in a relaxed, welcoming space. We’ll begin with a gentle guided mindfulness reflection led by guest speaker, Ashley Sutton, founder of Bravewood Behavioral Health, designed to help you slow down, reset, and fully engage your senses. Then, you'll be guided step-by-step, using premium seasonal florals and professional techniques, to design a unique floral arrangement. No experience needed!
This experience is perfect for a solo reset, a creative morning with a friend, or anyone craving an intentional start to their day.
