This residency is a prototype for a new kind of collective intelligence — where awesome humans are superpowered by a context-aware, co-owned, value-aligned AI agent.
We’re gathering a group of kind, curious, and capable individuals to live alongside a locally operated, community powered AI agent — a benevolent intelligence designed to act as an objective mirror and a trusted mentor.

Agartha is a living network for reimagining how we live, connect, and create.
As a community, we explore experimental lifestyles by curating experiences in Pop-up cities, Solarpunk villages, artistic collectives, and tech incubators. We offer a glimpse into what life beyond the status quo feels like — rooted in authenticity, creativity, and belonging.
