SHRS x Coffee Circle: Breakfast, Books & Brainfood – L&D for Modern Organizations

​Join for a casual morning of network and insights in Berlin.

​Enjoy coffee and breakfast as we host a L&D roundtable discussion on how people leaders are planning, buying and rethinking L&D initiatives.
Instead of a traditional top-down panel, Sebastian will moderate and invites you to share their experiences, experiments, and open questions. We will emphasise what truly works in L&D today, including learning in the flow of work, leadership development in resource-constrained environments, and fostering a genuine learning culture beyond one-off training sessions.

​A new and playful feature of the morning will be our book swap. Please bring one book that has influenced or inspired you (new or used) to include in the swap, and leave with a new title (and hopefully a fresh perspective) from a peer!
