Room to Think: A weekly hour to offload the work that's eating your time and energy, and to get sharper about what's worth offloading at all
Bring one task you're doing by hand. Leave with more room to play in your work.
Automation is already inside most of the tools you use, so the question isn't whether to use it. It's whether you use it with discernment, so it gives you back space for the work you're here to do in this lifetime. As an educator, I'd never use it to write a lecture. But it tore through my taxes in a tenth of the time this year, and it sends every meeting invite so I don't have to pretend I'll remember. There's no version of me that's better off doing those by hand. I'd rather be at the sink doing dishes, which settles my nervous system.
We'll talk about the other side too. Deep work with AI can fry you, like the dopamine loop that keeps me coding five hours past when I meant to stop. A lot of it comes down to hygiene: the security side, how you spend your attention, what you automate and what you keep analog. My morning pages still live in a notebook. The somatic work I've done has kept me sane as things move this fast, and we'll experiment with that too.
Most of us procrastinate on what feels daunting, and the right tool dissolves a lot of that. I take on things now I'd never have touched when the cost in time and effort was too high. As a mother, the admin of my personal life runs almost as heavy as the work side, and getting some of it back is real freedom.
We get into the deeper stuff too:
Getting your tools to sound like you, not you like them.
Setting them up to prompt you and draw your thinking out, not just take orders.
Reaching your best work, not the best average the machine defaults to.
Mining your own data and past work to build automations and surface insights you couldn't reach before.
It's a group call, and that's the point. You bring the task, we work it live, and you walk away with one less thing on you. Not everyone's question gets answered every week, but you'll leave having learned from someone else's.
First one's on me. After that it's 20€. It's a pilot, so it'll shift as I learn what's most useful. Come help shape it.

About me
I'm Kim. I spent fourteen years building marketing and operations for global brands, ran a creative agency, and now run operations for a lean, heavily automated team. Alongside that, more than a decade in somatic work and movement. This call comes out of both: using these tools well without letting them run you, and protecting the work that's actually yours to do.
