AI4ALL Roundtable Discussion on Inclusion in Practice: Designing, Deploying, and Scaling AI Across Sectors
Meta and Ikigai Law jointly launched the AI4ALL Initiative (Initiative) in alignment with the India AI Impact Summit 2026’s Inclusion for Social Empowerment Chakra. The Initiative examines how AI technologies and AI-enabled devices can strengthen inclusion in India. Through a series of stakeholder roundtables in New Delhi, Bengaluru and now Mumbai, the Initiative will analyse and showcase the practical ways in which AI is improving accessibility, digital literacy, linguistic inclusion, and economic participation. It aims to surface real world use cases and identify the policy, regulatory and ecosystem enablers required to scale such solutions responsibly. The Initiative will also explore how collaborative models between government, industry, academia and civil society can support inclusive AI innovation at population scale.
Building on insights from the Delhi and Bengaluru roundtables, the Mumbai roundtable concludes the three-part AI4ALL Roundtable Series by shifting focus from pilots and policy to real-world deployment and scale. It will examine how inclusion, risk, and accountability differ across sectors such as healthcare, finance, and education. The conversation will also focus on whether building AI locally, through affordable compute, infrastructure and skilling enables population-scale adoption and if government intervention can better operationalize inclusive AI through procurement, evaluation, and standards.
