​🌊 Yamuna Clean-Up & Forest Walk Drive | 15th February 2026

​Join us for a high-impact Yamuna Cleanup and Forest Walk Drive at Chhath Ghat, ITO, on Sunday, 15th February from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.

​This initiative combines riverbank restoration with an immersive forest plog walk and guided ecological walk, creating a balanced experience of environmental action and nature-based learning.

​The Yamuna is not just a river - it is a critical urban ecosystem supporting biodiversity and millions of lives. Through this drive, we aim to mobilize responsible citizens to take collective action in restoring cleanliness while deepening awareness about river ecology and sustainable urban living.

​Participants will actively clean the Yamuna riverbank, segregate collected waste, and then move into a guided forest stretch for a structured plog walk (walking + picking litter), followed by a biodiversity awareness session led by environmental facilitators.

​This is not merely a cleanup activity - it is an experiential engagement with Delhi’s river ecosystem.

​🌍 What You Will Do

​Participants will:

• ​Clean the Yamuna riverbank at Chhath Ghat

• ​Collect and segregate plastic and mixed waste

• ​Participate in a structured Forest Plog Walk

• ​Join a Guided Forest Walk with ecological insights

• ​Learn about river conservation and urban biodiversity

• ​Contribute to measurable environmental impact

​All collected waste will be responsibly segregated and handed over for proper disposal and recycling.
