Talk Title : Connecting the Dots: Building AI-Powered Knowledge Graphs with SurrealDB
Bio : Kalyani Patra is a Software Engineer with experience spanning research, AI/ML, backend development, and cloud infrastructure. During her college years, she worked extensively on embedded systems and robotics, contributing to two research papers and two patents.
She later joined Texium Solutions as an AI/ML Engineer and Backend Developer, where she contributed to multiple client projects. Currently, she works as a Software Engineer at Optum (UnitedHealth Group), contributing to backend development and DevOps infrastructure, including cloud migration initiatives.

Her work focuses on building intelligent, AI-driven applications and exploring how AI can enhance modern software systems.
