About Event

Are you an early to mid-level professional in tech wondering whether to continue climbing the ladder at a big tech company or take the leap into the fast-paced world of startups? Join us for KTN’s upcoming panel discussion, where 3 startup founders and 2 leaders from big tech will share their experiences, challenges, and lessons learned.

This will be an intimate and candid evening capped with 50 attendees—NYC-based engineers, startup builders, and young professionals—designed to provide insights and networking opportunities. Instead of a formal Q&A, we’re keeping it as a lively, casual conversation where panelists can share openly and the audience can jump in with questions and thoughts.

Tim Hwang

Tim Hwang is the Co-founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors at FiscalNote (NYSE: NOTE), which he founded in 2013 and took public as the youngest Asian American CEO of a publicly listed company. He is also the Co-Founder, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and CEO at Nitra, which is a comprehensive platform for the healthcare industry. 

Sang Lee

Sang Lee is the Co-Founder and CEO of Vibranium Labs, a venture backed (e.g. a16z) AI-native startup building Vibe AI, the first always-on call incident engineer designed to transform Site Reliability Engineering. Previously, he served as an AI Engineer at Google and a data scientist at AWS, leading AI/ML development for cloud systems supporting U.S. government infrastructure.

Jesuk Cho

Jesuk Cho is a Senior Manager at Amazon. He began his career as a financial software engineer at Bloomberg, where he focused on building a global equity trading platform for 5 years. Then he spent the past 10 years at Amazon and currently lead engineering, science, and product teams managing the demand-side platform for one of Amazon’s advertising products.

Jinha Lee

Jinha Lee is the Co-Founder and CEO of Spatial, an immersive social platform for creators, and its subsidiary Wooster Games, the studio behind Animal Company, the top-earning game on the Meta Store. Before founding Spatial, he created technologies to physically interact with digital data for the past decade at MIT and Samsung.

Michael Chun

Michael Chun is a Staff Software Engineer at Meta, building large-scale Ads ML Infrastructure systems. With over a decade of experience spanning startups and global companies, he has led teams across AdTech, Web3, and data platforms.
