Co-founder & CEO
Camille is the strategic mind of Trust Exchange.
An ecosystem builder and super connector in nature tech and biodiversity, she has spent her career helping early-stage ventures grow with clarity and impact.
She brings the structure, partnerships, and foresight that help Trust Exchange grow with purpose. Her role is to anchor the movement in the world, connect it with aligned partners, and translate vision into action.
Belis Memik
Co-founder & Creative Director
Belis is the creative soul of Trust Exchange.
An architect and storyteller, she leads with empathy, imagination, and a deep belief in human connection. She brings the warmth, creativity, and inclusivity that ensure Trust Exchange feels like a movement for dreamers, seekers, and those often left outside traditional systems.
Her role is to nurture the community, weave the narrative, and keep the spirit of trust alive at every step.
