Build with Gemma 4
Hey developers! Ready to get hands-on with Gemma 4?
Join GDG Hyderabad and Google for Developers for an exclusive deep dive into the newest open-source model in the Gemma family. This model is seriously impressive—it actually rivals Gemini on a few benchmarks, yet it's lightweight enough to run right on your phone. We're going to explore what you can actually build with it, and we'll even hook you up with $5 in Google Cloud credits to experiment on your own.

Before You Arrive
This is a strictly hands-on session, so you will need to bring a laptop with Gemma 4 already downloaded. We won't have time to troubleshoot installations during the event, so please set it up at home so we can jump straight into the code.
Here’s a quick guide on how to get it installed: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Ge3HowkL0oVSvYWKLcM20WqbbZ8qK_s0tWcgcwQqk2k/edit?usp=sharing
Pro-tip: Bring your personal laptop if you can. Company machines usually have strict firewalls or admin rights that might block you from downloading the tools we'll be using.
How to Grab Your Spot
The workshop is completely free, but because it's hands-on, seats are strictly limited and invite-only.
To apply, just hit "Request To Join" on this Luma form. We’re reviewing applications and sending out invites on a rolling basis until the room is full—so don't wait around, apply early!
