Lisa McCormick Lavery - Head Internal Engagement, CSL Limited
Lisa McCormick Lavery is Head of Internal Engagement at the Australian biopharma, CSL Limited, where she leads strategic communications to drive employee and partner engagement, support company transformation, and communicate core business strategy. With over 15 years of experience in biopharma and life sciences, Lisa has held senior roles at leading organizations including Eikon Therapeutics and Bristol Myers Squibb, where she shaped executive, employee, and CSR communications during major industry milestones. Her background spans corporate, financial, and non-profit sectors, giving her a unique perspective on building culture, leading high-performing teams, and inspiring organizational change.
Monica Murarka - Facilitator and Executive Coach, Mobius Executive Leadership
Monica Murarka (she/her/hers) is a Transformational Facilitator and Executive Coach at Mobius Executive Leadership. She also teaches Embodied Leadership at the Strozzi Institute for Somatics and is a Board Member/Advisor at multiple mission-driven organizations.
Monica has 27 years of experience advising Fortune 500 and mid-market fast growing companies and executives on strategy, operations, talent, leadership and organizational challenges. She has worked across multiple B2B and B2C sectors in the US, Europe, Africa, Latin America and Asia and supported organizations through large scale transformation and change, accompanied Senior Executives in their journey to become high performing teams and coached leaders 1:1 in their personal and leadership development.
Simultaneously, Monica has invested over 20 years in deep study of embodiment, leadership development, energy practices, personal/intergenerational/collective trauma healing, and interfaith religious practices through various teachers and disciplines. She integrates this expertise in helping executives and teams develop skills, practices and embodiment to lead with congruence, alignment and the ability to implement transformational impact. She also coaches Board members, CEOs, potential successors for CEO and new to C-Suite executives, drawing upon her expertise in CEO & Board Counseling at McKinsey & Company.
Monica has held multiple roles in her 15 years at McKinsey & Company including Global Head of the McKinsey Talent Network, Global Dean for McKinsey’s Executive Transitions Masterclass, Global Management Head for the CEO & Board Excellence practice, and Global COO for the Organization Design practice. She also served as a Senior Expert and facilitator for McKinsey’s Centered Leadership Program, Change Leaders Forum, Organizational Design Forum, Enterprise Agility Forum, Asian American Leadership Program, and Inner Agility Forum. Prior to McKinsey, Monica worked at Towers Perrin counseling Chief People Officers on improving talent and organizational effectiveness in their organizations.
Monica earned her BA Magna Cum Laude from Tufts University outside of Boston, and her MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. She lives in the San Francisco Bay area though spends time in the Boston and New York City areas, and enjoys spending her time meditating, diving into personal development and personal growth activities, playing tennis and spending time with family.
Stacy Nobles - Vice President, Corporate Communications, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts
Stacy is currently the vice president of corporate communications for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. She leads a team of experts who drive strategies, messaging, and events that engage people in the company’s “why.”
An experienced communications leader who’s worked for a diverse group of organizations, including pharma, professional services, and communication agencies, Stacy prides herself on marrying a love of writing and expression with the business need to communicate clearly with different audiences.
Stacy’s most recent experience was leading communications for biopharma companies, including Karyopharm Pharmaceuticals and Agios Pharmaceuticals. She also spent time as a consultant with CXO Communications where she was able to build the skills needed to design and implement effective communications strategies to support organizations – including PwC and Raytheon – through times of change. Stacy also held various communications roles of increasing responsibility at Wolters Kluwer, and began her career through the PR agency world in NYC.
She currently lives in Milton, MA, with her husband, two of her three children (the oldest is studying at the University of Vermont), and their dog, Pancake.
Lindsay Treadway - Vice President, Public Affairs & Advocacy Relations,Exelixis, Inc.
Lindsay Treadway is the Vice President of Public Affairs & Advocacy Relations at Exelixis. She joined the company in April 2016 to help drive Exelixis’ corporate communications and advocacy strategy. In her role, Lindsay focuses on bringing to life the significant contributions the company is making for people impacted by cancer. Lindsay also oversees Exelixis’ charitable contribution program, which is focused on supporting like-minded advocacy organizations serving patients, caregivers and the local community. She has worked on the development and execution of the communications strategy supporting Exelixis’ growing pipeline and multiple product launches, including treatment options serving patients with renal cell carcinoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, thyroid cancer and neuroendocrine tumors. Prior to joining Exelixis, Lindsay was at Onyx Pharmaceuticals and Millennium Pharmaceuticals, where she occupied roles of increasing responsibility in the companies’ corporate affairs departments. She has also worked at multiple public relations agencies, where she began her career supporting clients in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industry. Lindsay holds a B.S. in Communications and Biology from Boston University.
