The Lighthouse Within is a 4-day coaching and ceremonial retreat for those ready to meet what’s been waiting.
It is designed for the deeper layers – the ones that only surface when you feel safe enough to let them. Ceremony and coaching work together, before, during, and after the retreat – so what opens has space to land, and what shifts has room to take root.

What to expect
The program consists of:
Online 1:1 screening call with facilitator about preparation and individual dosage
Online call one week before the retreat to meet the group
Thursday & Friday: Two ceremonies held in sacred space with professional guidance
Breathing & meditation exercises
Group coaching sessions woven throughout the retreat
Co-creation and integration exercises
Online integration call one week later
