​BuildHer Labs and FounderMatcha match you with three people before you arrive. You’ll meet each for an eight-minute conversation around a prompt like “What problem are you stuck on right now?” No awkward introductions, the app has already broken the ice.

​Then comes the Lovable Drop. Pair up, ideally with someone you just met, and spend 45 minutes to 1 hour, turning one of those problems into something real on Lovable: a landing page, a waitlist, or a product concept with a live URL. It doesn’t have to be perfect. It just has to exist.
