​Dave Jones is the Director of the Climate Risk Initiative at UC Berkeley’s Center for Law, Energy and the Environment (CLEE) and a former Senior Fellow at The ClimateWorks Foundation. Dave served two terms as California’s Insurance Commissioner from 2011 to 2018.

​Emilie Mazzacurati is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Tailwind, an investment fund and innovation studio focused on accelerating the development and deployment of climate adaptation and resilience solutions. Her first start-up, Four Twenty Seven pioneered the integration of climate data in financial decisions to help banks and investors identify the physical impacts of climate change on their portfolios, and was acquired by Moody's.
