About Event

Ever wondered what a career in cybersecurity actually looks like, or how hackers find security holes in some of the biggest websites in the world and get paid for it? Join us for an inspiring and practical meetup designed for women who are curious going technical in cybersecurity

We’ll kick off the evening with an honest talk from Noa Baldut, a cybersecurity researcher at Zenity, who will share her professional and personal career journey—offering real-world insights, lessons learned, and practical advice on how to navigate and succeed as a woman in this industry.

Following the talk, we will dive into a beginner-friendly Bug Bounty workshop led by Yuval Elbar, an independent researcher, with 9 critical CVEs that she found in the last year. This hands-on session will open the door to application security and give you practical tools to start exploring real systems in a safe, guided way.

During the workshop, we’ll cover:

  • What bug bounty programs are, how they work, and how to get started from scratch.

  • A look at some of the most common security issues from the OWASP Top 10.

  • Moving from theory to practice with pre-prepared CTF exercises designed specifically for this event.

No previous bug bounty or cybersecurity experience is needed—just a basic comfort with computers and the internet is helpful. Bring your curiosity and questions!
