​Building a company is a marathon, not a sprint. As founders, we spend so much time investing in our businesses that it’s easy to neglect investing in ourselves.

​One of the most impactful habits I’ve adopted while scaling my company has been regular sauna and cold exposure. It’s become a way to recover, reset, improve clarity, and create the energy needed to keep building.

​I’ve booked a private sauna boat for a small group of 12 founders to spend an evening on the water around sunset.

​This isn’t a networking event or a pitch night. It’s an opportunity to slow down, have meaningful conversations with other founders, and leave feeling recharged.
