Using simple tools. Your camera, phone, or field recorder. You’ll explore how to shape stories that connect people and preserve memory.

Class 1: Observation & Capturing (Oct 25th 11am - 2:30pm)
We’ll explore how to document people and spaces with intention. Noticing light, texture, and rhythm through hands on photo and video exercises indoors and outside. Learn how observation without disruption shapes authentic storytelling and trust.
Class 2: Gathering & Shaping
(Oct 28th 5:30pm - 8:30pm)
Bring your photos and clips into an edit and experiment with building a short community recap. We’ll discuss how sequencing, and tone turn documentation into feeling, while you begin crafting your own piece.
Class 3: Colour & Sound
(Nov 4th 5:30pm - 8:30pm)
Refine the atmosphere of your work through the details. Learn simple approaches to colour and ambient sound that deepen emotion and memory, then share your finished piece with the group for reflection.
