Where Do You Feel That in Your Body x Feeling Your Feelings — Vancouver
📚 Vancouver Book Launch + ⭐ 5x Sold-Out “Feeling Your Feelings” Somatic Workshop with Simone Saunders
This isn't a regular book launch!
This is a cozy, in-person gathering built around Simone’s book, "Where Do you Feel That in Your Body?" and the importance of the mind-body connection in our lives. Together, we’ll bring the work off the page and into the room through a guided somatic workshop.
You’ll have the chance to explore, connect with your body, and share the experience with people who are also here to learn, reflect, and feel it all a little more deeply.
This is our only Vancouver stop, so don’t miss your chance to grab your spot and join us in person for this experience.
🔔 Getting in the door
To get the most out of this workshop, participants are asked to pre-purchase Where Do You Feel That in Your Body? before attending.
Here's why: this workshop is connected to the book's framework, we'll be referencing it, working from it, and using it as our shared language for the 2 hours. Having your copy means you’re not just present, you’re able to participate fully, and you’ll have it to return to afterward.

📖 About the book ( “Where Do You Feel That in Your Body”)
Talk therapy gives us language and self-awareness. But understanding why we feel the way we do doesn't always change how we feel.
This book is about learning to recognize what emotions actually feel like in your body, how to read your nervous system's signals, and how to build a relationship with yourself that lasts longer than the next breakthrough session. More about the book here.

💬 What Others Are Saying...
“The supportive community that was built over the two days. It was so reassuring to hear other people say similar things. I know that's something you can't necessarily control, but I thought it was the best part.”
— Shared anonymously by an FYF workshop attendee“The workshop was affirming and informative. The judgment-free space that was created with like-minded individuals was really lovely to be in.”
— Eva, Registered Psychologist, FYF workshop attendee“Life-changing, it could not have come at a better time for me.”
— Shared anonymously by an FYF workshop attendee"I have such gratitude for the Feeling Your Feelings Somatic Workshop: for the people in the session with me, and for Simone's grounding leadership in the space and creation of the workshop in the first place. I am one of many people who struggle with the impacts of former trauma and ongoing trauma, and how trauma has interupted my ability to inhabit my body and fully feel my feelings. This workshop has given me things that I wasn't sure that I could get: hope, tools, and a start for how to grow my ability to live in my body and reconnect with myself."
— Maggie, FYF workshop attendee
