The Jam is a high-energy afternoon built for the people actually doing the hard work of scaling Kiwi tech companies. No panels, no fluff — just six hand-picked founders and operators sharing the real stories: the breakthroughs, the wrong turns, and the lessons that actually moved the needle.

It's structured but informal, with plenty of room for questions, tangents, and the kind of conversations that keep going long after the session wraps.

What to expect

Six speakers. Twenty minutes each.

Our speakers — we call them Jammers — are growth practitioners from across the NZ tech ecosystem. Each Jammer takes 10 minutes to share a candid, specific story about scaling — what worked, what didn't, and what they'd do differently — followed by 10 minutes of live Q&A directly with the audience.

Ask a great question and you'll walk away with a jar of jam. That's how we roll.

From 5pm, stick around for drinks and nibbles and keep the conversation going.

Who this is for

The Jam is designed specifically for people working inside Kiwi-founded tech companies — founders, CEOs, operators, and growth leaders who are in the thick of it. Attendance is free, but by approval only.

To be considered, you must be a founder or employee of a New Zealand-founded tech company.
