​teams of 3. relay format. each runs 1 lap. John takes off, a few minutes late, for a wild 5000m chase

• ​7:00pm: briefing + warm-up

• ​7.30pm: race starts

• ​7.XXpm: john starts

• ​7.50pm: after-party with music, burgers & kefirs
