Recovery is part of the training. Use Fridays to recharge before the weekend's speed work and long run.
Choose the recovery option that works best for you:
🚶🏾 Take the day off
🚴🏾 Cross-train (bike, swim, elliptical, etc.)
🧘🏾 Mobility & stretching
🧊 Ice bath
🔥 Sauna
Whether you rest completely or stay active, the goal is to show up refreshed and ready for the next workout.
