DARTE Madrid 3.0 - Merge Edition

​The DARTE Series, initiated by BlackVogel (Mariana de la Roche Wills) and Dr. Nina-Luisa Siedler, began as a platform to increase legal certainty around the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCAR).

​As the regulatory landscape for digital assets continues to evolve, the series has expanded its scope beyond MiCAR to include frameworks such as the Anti-Money Laundering Regulation (AMLR), the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), and other regulations shaping the future of digital assets. Furthermore, what started as an EU-focused initiative has now grown into a global effort, addressing regulatory challenges and opportunities worldwide.
