​Last week, we realized that it’s important to approach this the same way you would build any strong application: by first making sure we actually understand the users.

​A big part of that means doing user interviews and surveys before continuing to build based on assumptions.

​🛠️ This Week

​This week, we’ll be putting together a user survey and distributing it across Pooja’s network of mortgage brokers.

​We want to better understand how brokers currently generate, qualify, and manage leads, where the biggest pain points are, and what they would actually want from a tool like this.

​Pooja is a Mortgage Broker dedicated to helping people achieve their homeownership goals. She works across a wide network of lenders to find competitive rates and loan programs that fit her clients’ needs.

​Together we'll learn about what she does in her industry, personal successes and challenges, and how we can use ai to build solutions that can benefit herself and the industry as a whole.
