This Friday, we’re gathering to honor the lives lost in Iran and to support the people fighting for freedom.
At 12:00 noon local time, Shahbanou Farah Pahlavi has called on the world to observe one minute of silence in remembrance of Iran’s fallen. Farah Pahlavi is the former Empress (Shahbanou) of Iran, and many Iranians affectionately call her “The Mother of Iran.”
We will begin our gathering by honoring her request together:
🕯️ 12:00–12:01 — One minute of silence
From there, we’ll move into a guided freedom meditation using breathwork, yoga nidra, and visualization — practices that are scientifically supported to help regulate the nervous system, increase coherence (HRV), and strengthen emotional resilience.
This is more than hope — it’s an embodied practice. We are bringing our collective consciousness together to feel freedom as a lived reality in the body: safety, dignity, breath, peace, joy, sovereignty — in honor of the people of Iran.
❤️ The more hearts and minds focused together, the stronger the signal.
