About Event

Austin’s music scene doesn’t happen by accident.

Behind every show, recording, festival, and creative experience are artists, producers, studio owners, promoters, educators, and community builders working tirelessly to create opportunities and keep local culture alive.

This Prosper XO Town Hall explores the people, spaces, and communities that make Austin’s independent music ecosystem possible; and what it takes to sustain it for future generations.

As cities evolve, venues close, costs rise, and technology continues to reshape how music is created and shared, how do we preserve the creative communities that make Austin special? What role do artists, studios, festivals, promoters, and supporters play in building a thriving cultural future?

Join us for an evening of honest conversation, community connection, and insight from leaders actively shaping Austin’s music landscape.

📅 Wednesday, June 10th | 6–8:30 PM
