DevDay Exchange Community: Johannesburg

​About Event

​Join us for our first DevDay Exchange in Johannesburg—a community meetup for developers, students, founders and curious builders to explore OpenAI’s DevDay announcements and what we can build with them.

​Expect a relaxed mix of demos, discussion and hands-on building, with time to meet others in the local community. We’ll explore the new DevDay features, including building with Codex, plugins, MCP and Sites.

• ​Practical demos and time to try the new features

• ​Conversations with fellow Johannesburg builders

• ​Space to share your projects, exchange ideas and find collaborators

​As this is our first event, we’d also love to hear what you’d like from future meetups. Whether you’re getting started or already building, you’re welcome.

​Bring your laptop, charger and questions. If you’ve built something using the DevDay releases, we’d love to see a short demo!
